Fixed Immortal mset so that the 'guarding' information is correct.

Fix bug that caused someone that is guarding to lose the setting
after a fight completes.

Display a message to the room when a guard intercedes in a fight.

Allow order to work for guard command (for NPCs).

Update animate dead.
