It's time for the annual Halloween Costume Contest, which is
really more of a writing contest than anything. The rules:
Send me an email (to tamartfc@fastq.com) that includes your
Halloween costume (your description & items that you have made up)
no later than 10pm mudtime on October 31st. This is open
to both mortals and immortals, and there will be a small
prize for mortals.
