Effective immediately, I'm putting a freeze on promotions to Ambassador.
Those that have posted a petition prior to this notice will still be
considered. The reason for this freeze is an insufficient player base
to sustain more following-level Immortals (FLIs). I need to balance the
desire to allow mortals the opportunity to lead a following with the
number of players available to follow a FLI.

The freeze will be in effect until the number of active Ambassadors,
Attendants, and FLIs falls below 8. Should this happen, petitions will
be considered on a first posted basis until a total of at least 8 active
non-god+ Immortals is reached.
