An alert Immortal pointed out that a low level character had some very
nice equipment on him. While it is legal for a high level character to
equip a low level character, it is illegal to do so via equipment
swapping (HELP SWAPPING).

What I found was the tip of a larger iceberg.

The following characters have been deleted for being shared (HELP
POLICY1, #3):

Gormenghast
Caligula
Volkov
Nazinthas
Magis

The following characters have been deleted for equipment swapping:

Valo (7 counts/incidents)
Slu (6 counts/incidents)
Guil (2 counts/incidents)
Armor (2 counts/incidents)

Soulcrush has been deleted for either character sharing now or
multiplaying during an incident that Natilena investigated previously.
