Tynian: Majere's retirement

Tamar spoke to Majere at my instruction. Unfortunately, the conversation
did not go as I would have hoped, and Majere retired.

I delayed posting a public message about this until I had an opportunity
to insure that Majere realized that he was not being forced to retire.
This morning, Majere posted a message to his following forum that
indicated that he did not wish to unretire, even if given the
opportunity. The matter is now sufficiently resolved in my mind, and I
accept his resignation.

I have nothing bad to say about Majere, and I thank him for his service
to TFC.
