Tokugawa: Some mobmaster changes

This morning I rebooted at 08:23 to bring in some mobmaster changes.
Two mobs had a spell on them that allowed them to cast acid, this
was unintended and has been corrected. A small number of mobs had
some eq changes made to them. Right now most of the mobs do not
have equipment. This may change in the future. As these mobs were
primarily made to extend the mobmaster game, eq was not a primary
concern.
