It's time for the annual Halloween Costume Contest. For those
of you who don't know what Halloween is, either pretend you do or
pretend you're making a Carnival costume =)

The rules: Send an email with your costume to tamartfc@lycos.com no
later than 10pm mudtime on October 31st. Or, if you prefer you
may show your costume to me online anytime prior to that date.
Your costume does not have to consist of real items, and can
be completely made up. This is open to both mortals and
immortals, and there will be a small prize for mortals.
