A massive figure enters the periphery of your vision, immediately drawing
your attention. The Minotaur before you is a powerful example of his race,
standing several hands taller than the largest of his kin. The two regal horns
emerging from the dark brown fur of his brow have been carefully polished
and sit atop his head like a crown. The dark pools of his eyes are wells of
knowledge, infinitely deep, and a single thick ring of bone pierces the thick
flesh between the dark nostrils of his nose. The enormous battleaxe in his
right hand appears razor sharp and is heavy enough to crush a man. The
sheer mass of his bulk gives hint of the strong limbs roped in heavy muscle
that support his heavy chainmail and have caused the links to stretch to
near bursting. The craftsmanship of his armor is incomparable and though
it shows signs of wear it has been meticulously polished and oiled. Beneath,
he wears robes of red crimson, the cryptic runes that riddle their surface
barely visible. There is an aura of power about him, invisible yet unmistakable.
He moves with complete confidence and every motion down to the smallest
gesture is made deliberately and with care. Such grace is rarely found among
his people and you wonder what has inspired such discipline. A jolt interrupts
these thoughts as a sudden shock runs through the earth, causing it to
momentarily shake and tremble. The quick stomping of a hoof summons your
gaze to his, a reminder that his is keenly aware of your stare.
